Quantum Habits run 80% of your life. They are essential for our survival and they are the key to personal growth and conscious living. Like the operating system of a smartphone running the majority of “background” functions without our conscious awareness, Quantum Habits™ are in charge of our biological and physiological functions including breathing, blood flow, digestion, hormones and they are equally responsible for our emotions, thoughts and behaviors.
Whenever you experience a symptom (body, mind or behavior), a Quantum Habit is at work.

- Module 6: Writing Lifestyle Prescriptions® using Quantum Habits
The text book, video lessons, assignments and quizzes have been developed to achieve the following learning outcomes:
- Be aware of the 4 habit loops steps and elicit them with clients.
- Spot and be able to change habits with clients
- Know how to increase motivation
- Design the specific steps needed for clients to easily establish new lifestyle habits
- Integrate quantum habit change strategies into health coaching
- Write root-cause and conflict based Lifestyle Prescriptions® that follow quantum habit principles

This course is accessible for Lifestyle Prescriptions® Health Coach and Integrative Master’s Degree program students.
Degree Credits
This course awards 5 credits towards a Integrative Master’s Degree.
